Crusher XBF-01 Targeted at Storage Units

The Simbo Storage Device Crusher XBF-01 can be used to crush Storage Units, like compact discs, flash discs IC cards and etc. The crusher is relatively noise free, suitable for office use. It crushes the storage devices by squeezing, pulling and cutting them. Thanks to the crusher’s “grinding twice” technology, the storage units can be completely destroyed. In addition, the product integrated in itself the self-cleaning function, which spares users the trouble of maintenance and makes it more user-friendly.  So the product has been awarded seven national patents.

A Comparison between grains and crushed Disks

The Unique “Grinding twice” Function Can Deliver the Desired Result

The crusher had a built- in “Grinding Twice” function to ensure ideal crushing result. In the first grinding, the storage device will be cut into thin pieces. In the second grinding, the thin pieces will be grained. The low noise and small size make it a fit in offices.

When switched on, the crusher will stand ready without any noise, and only when the articles to be crushed is put into the machine, it begin running but with a noise lower than 30 Decibels. It can be fixed on the desk because of its small size.

Maintenance Free in machine’s Lifetime

The blade in the machine is wear-resistant and durable and it can crush 300 thousand compact discs before it needs a replacement. And in its service life, there is no need to maintain it, like sharpening the blade or adjusting its position and etc. The automatic cleaning function enables the machine to sweep away the disk powders attached to the blade, thus keeping the crusher in good condition.

The strong Self-protection Capacity

Overloading: if too many disks are put in the machine at one time, the crusher will stop running automatically as a way to protect itself. It is time for you to step in and remove the disks by hands.

Overheating: provided that the crusher is fixed in a corner of poor ventilation and has run for a long time, it will probably  suffer overheating and stop running for some time until the temperature gets low enough for it to resume the operation.
